At Den Arvel, every artwork is prepared, packed, and shipped with care.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.


1. Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Because many artworks are handcrafted, certain pieces may require slightly more preparation time.
If additional time is needed, we will notify you as soon as possible.


2. Delivery Options

We ship throughout the United States and internationally.

Estimated delivery times:

Economy Shipping
5–8 business days

Standard Shipping
3–4 business days

Express Shipping
1–2 business days

International Shipping
6–12 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.


3. Collector-Grade Packaging

Every artwork is packed using collector-grade protective materials designed for fragile art pieces.

Our packaging process may include:

• reinforced shipping boxes
• protective corner guards
• impact-absorbing padding
• secure internal packaging

The goal is simple — to ensure your artwork arrives safe, secure, and ready to display.


4. Free Shipping

When Free Shipping is offered, delivery may take slightly longer than paid shipping options.

If you need your order sooner, you may upgrade to Standard or Express Shipping at checkout.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• delivery location
• package size and weight
• selected shipping method


6. Shipping Protection & Route+

During checkout, you may choose to add Route+ Package Protection.

Route+ provides protection against:

• loss
• damage
• theft during transit

Claims are handled directly through Route for faster resolution.

Route operates as an independent third-party provider and is responsible for its own claims process and decisions.

If Route+ is not selected, shipping issues may need to be resolved through the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx).


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:

1️⃣ Contact the shipping carrier first
2️⃣ Then email us at info@denarvel.com

We will assist you with the investigation whenever possible.

Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier during transit.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• local handling fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not control or estimate these costs.

Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.


9. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

If a shipment is returned due to:

• incorrect address
• failed delivery attempts
• refusal of delivery

we may offer to reship the order, but additional shipping fees may apply.

If the order is not reshipped, a refund may be issued for the product price excluding the original shipping cost.


10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email info@denarvel.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
