We do not store or have access to full card details.

Each artwork is handcrafted and produced individually after an order is placed.
Because of this production process, minor variations between pieces may occur.
These variations are part of the artistic nature of handcrafted work and do not constitute defects.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days, though production times may vary.
Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery during transit.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:
• contact the carrier first
• then email us at info@denarvel.com
We will assist you with the investigation whenever possible.
Optional Route+ Package Protection may be available during checkout.
Route operates as an independent third-party provider responsible for its own claims and decisions.
7. Customs & International Orders
Before ordering artwork that contains decorative replica elements or currency-style designs, customers should review local import regulations.
Den Arvel is not responsible for:
• customs delays
• duties or taxes
• confiscation or rejection by customs authorities
If a shipment is returned due to customs restrictions, the product price may be refunded excluding shipping costs and customs-related fees.

Summary:
• return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• damaged or incorrect items will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund
• because each artwork is produced individually after purchase, returns based solely on personal preference may not be accepted once production has begun
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

All artwork, images, product designs, text, and logos displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Den Arvel.
